Project Overview
NUspace is the University of Newcastle's award-winning city campus located in the heart of Newcastle's CBD. Designed by EJE Architecture in collaboration with Lyons Architecture, the landmark vertical campus provides innovative teaching, learning and collaboration spaces that connect students, academics and the broader community. The project helped revitalise Newcastle's city centre, establishing a vibrant education hub within the Hunter Street cultural precinct. A range of ELS, Ligman and KLIK lighting solutions were supplied throughout the development to support the diverse learning, study and communal spaces.

Central Coast Stadium (Polytec)

Project Overview
Central Coast Stadium underwent a major HDTV-level sports lighting upgrade to improve lighting performance, energy efficiency and broadcast capabilities. The project involved the removal of the existing HID floodlighting system and the installation of 188 Philips ArenaVision LED floodlights across the stadium's lighting towers and grandstands. Detailed engineering assessment ensured the new LED system integrated with the existing infrastructure, while meeting the lighting levels required for professional sport and HD television broadcast.

Shoal Bay Car Park

Project Overview
The new Shoal Bay Car Park delivers a high-quality public lighting solution that balances safety, compliance and environmental responsibility. Car park lighting compliance was achieved using WE-EF AFL Dark Sky-certified luminaires, complete with bird deterrent spikes to suit the coastal environment.
To maximise energy efficiency and minimise impact on the surrounding area, Eco Step adaptive dimming technology was incorporated, allowing the luminaires to automatically adjust light levels throughout the night. Constructed from marine-grade die-cast aluminium and finished with a durable anti-corrosion powder coat, the installation is engineered to withstand the harsh coastal conditions of Port Stephens long-term.

Project Overview
Nestled in NSW's Big Sky Country overlooking Lake Keepit, Wilderluxe offers a premium glamping experience designed to immerse guests in the natural landscape and spectacular night skies. Given the retreat's focus on stargazing and its proximity to one of Australia's premier dark-sky destinations, 2700K Ligman Prague bollards were selected to provide safe pathway illumination while minimising light pollution and preserving the guest experience after dark. The result is a low-impact lighting scheme that supports both wayfinding and environmental stewardship, letting guests stay connected to the landscape and night sky.

Project Overview
The Yamba Library & Community Centre is a contemporary civic facility designed to support learning, connection and community engagement. Featuring a modern library, meeting rooms, exhibition spaces and flexible community areas, the centre offers a welcoming destination for residents and visitors. It also supports the future growth of the Clarence Valley region. A range of Unios architectural lighting products were supplied throughout the project to deliver comfortable, energy-efficient illumination across the facility.

Constructed to commemorate the centenary of the ANZAC landing at Gallipoli, the Newcastle Memorial Walk has become one of the city's most recognised landmarks.
